It arrives already yours
Your own web address, your logo and favicon, one brand colour the whole interface derives from, your words on the sign-in screen, and notifications that come from your address. The people using it every day never meet a vendor name.
Branding is configured in the workspace, on every plan, from a minimum of 10 active users.

Your logo on the sign-in screen, your favicon in the tab
Upload a logo and a favicon and they replace ours everywhere the product shows a mark: the sidebar, the sign-in screen and the browser tab. You also write the headline and the description a person reads while signing in, so the first screen of the working day is in your words rather than a vendor’s.
Run it at your own web address
A workspace can live at your own subdomain rather than ours. The product walks the DNS records with you and shows the record as verified once it resolves, so nobody is guessing whether it took. People reach their workday at an address that belongs to your company.
Notifications that arrive from you
Verify a sending domain and the mail this product generates leaves from your address instead of ours. You choose which from-address it uses and the name people see beside it. Until that domain is verified the product keeps sending from staffintra, and it tells you so on the screen rather than failing quietly.
Speak your industry’s language.
Pick your industry and the workspace uses its words. A healthcare agency sees “Clinician”, a contractor sees “Operative” and “Site”. Nothing else changes.
Where the branding stops
Four things this does not do, so you can find out here rather than in the trial.
Custom fonts are not configurable. The product ships one type system.
One brand colour per workspace, not one per department or location.
Exports and invoices carry your workspace name, not a re-skinned template.
The mobile experience follows the same branding; there is no separate app icon to replace.
